The St. Roch In & Out Smart Repair is owned and operated by New Orleans native Norman Jee along with his wife, Jung Hee, and his son, Alex. Norman graduated from the University of New Orleans in 1988 with a degree in electrical engineering. He worked in the information technology field for more than 20 years, most recently as a network engineer before opening his In & Out Smart Repair franchise.
